Kept short on purpose: this site asks for as little as possible.
Visit logs
The site is published as static files. There are no advertising or tracking cookies and no third-party tracking scripts. Server access logs are kept only for technical troubleshooting and deleted after thirty days.
What stays in your browser
The online reader keeps your size, typeface, line height, column width and paper colour, plus where you stopped in each chapter and your bookmarks, in local storage. None of it leaves your device. The “Clear reading history” button on the library page deletes all of it.
Forms
What you type into the contact and newsletter forms is used only to answer your request and to send the letter. It is never shared or sold. You can unsubscribe with one click from the link at the bottom of every letter; your address is then deleted from the list.
Your rights
Write to the reader address to have your data deleted or corrected, or to request a copy. Requests are answered within thirty days.
